About Me
My name is Sophronia Kear, but I go by Saf. With over 22 years clinical experience, I earned my Honours Degree in Podiatry in England.
Since emigrating to Tauranga with my family in 2010, I have enjoyed living here for over 14 years. My career has spanned both private and public sectors in England and New Zealand, allowing me to explore various aspects of Podiatry, from General Care to Sports Podiatry. I have worked with individuals of all and backgrounds, including the All Black Sevens and school children, as well as managing high-risk feet during my 8 years as a Specialist Podiatrist.
The Good Podiatrist was established from my genuine passion for providing quality care to everyone. I strive for each client to feel valued and confident in the Podiatry services they receive, ensuring transparency and a heartfelt approach at the core of my practice.
